正確塑褲穿著步驟:
1.穿上胸罩後將塑身衣由內外翻卷拉至腰部位子，像一條小短褲。
2.將雙腳套入塑身褲管，由下往上拉提至臀部，後背拉平，
緩緩將上衣前領口托胸線貼合胸底線。
3.兩手將塑身衣肩帶拉至肩上，調整至肩部舒緩即可。
4.調整塑身衣和胸部位子，將塑身衣U型處上托胸罩，兩邊包覆胸部處，
將胸部脂肪由外像?聚隆達到舒服即可。
5.整理腰部下沿處脂肪飽腹舒服即可，連身衣不需要穿內褲哦。
